Office Manager

Kelly McAllister

Has an inordinately large collection of reggae music, icing tips, and children

As Office Manager at Up&Up, Kelly keeps the files organized and the coffee hot so each team member has the space to fully commit to their projects. An experienced “hat wearer,” she has spent a majority of her life learning and implementing new skills in a way that serves others.

With a degree in Communications and Marketing, Kelly brings an understanding of agency vision to Up&Up and a commitment to smooth processes and happy employees. Her first job as a creative producer allowed her to hone her writing and video skills and gave her a firm understanding of a broad range of client needs. Four small children later…she re-entered the workforce as a tile showroom manager where she ran a tight ship and learned interior design along the way.

When Kelly is not wearing her Up&Up hat, you will find her enjoying family time in the great outdoors, practicing yoga, and perusing boutiques for unique earrings. You may even catch her decorating an elaborate birthday cake.

The Culture. I love being surrounded by a group of people that value learning, hard work, and partnership.

How do you bring Up&Up’s vision to uplift into your role as well as your personal life?

At Up&Up, I get to help facilitate celebrating our amazing staff through authentic appreciation and support. In my personal life, I get to help build a solid foundation for my children to grow and spread their wings to fly as far as they can go.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

The only thing you can truly count on is that things are going to change

What brings you the most joy?

Watching someone smile because they accomplished something new or maybe something they never thought possible
