Q

What’s your favorite thing about Up&Up?

A

I really enjoy the people that work at Up&Up.

Q

What Up&Up value do you resonate with most (win for all, purposefully excellent, radically responsible, or make it happen)?

A

Radically responsible. The trust that is built from committing to what you say you will do pays dividends.

Q

How do you bring Up&Up’s vision to uplift into your role as well as your personal life?

A

A lot of Up&Up’s vision to uplift others shines through in my role in providing additional levels of clarity through working with other teams to uncover knots in the process and to enhance our day to day ability to work together. I utilize a lot of our in-house training when teaching my music students to help not only develop their musical skills, but to help guide my students to be well-rounded and kind people.

Q

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

A

You never rise to the occasion and you always fall back on your training.

Q

What gets you most excited about your job?

A

I love working with all the different puzzle pieces of digital marketing to find gems of knowledge from what works best for one client, or new tactics to try in other accounts, or reverse engineering tracking set ups to understand the nuance of all that code!

Q

How did you get into your current role?

A

I started on the accounts team and migrated into a combined role helping manage our digital accounts both technically and from the client relationship side.
