As a private, Christian, liberal arts university, Gardner-Webb University wants its digital presence to emphasize a strong student-centered experience and academic rigor that both integrate spiritual life and scholarship.

GWU partnered with Up&Up to redesign the university website with a launch during summer 2020. A refreshed web presence helps strengthen relationships with each audience that the university serves. With a user-centered experience, GWU website visitors will easily navigate through campus information, events and highlights that feature what the university offers students and the community.

“The University’s website is our portal to the world, with more than a million visitors every month,” said Dr. William M. Downs, GWU President. “The experience each visitor has on our site must be dynamic and distinctive, reflecting the world-class caliber of Gardner-Webb’s undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The site’s new design will be bold but authentic, and it will effectively tell the story of our brand, mission, and vision.”

Partnering with GWU furthers Up&Up’s ability to support regional students and businesses. The important decision of where to attend college affects individual student lives and, ultimately, the lives they impact with their degree.
