Q

What’s your favorite thing about Up&Up?

A

The team – this is an incredibly talented, invested, and hardworking group of people, and I feel incredibly grateful to work with them

Q

What Up&Up value do you resonate with most (win for all, purposefully excellent, radically responsible, or make it happen)?

A

Purposefully excellent – I love how intentional and aspirational this is.

Q

How do you bring Up&Up’s vision to uplift into your role as well as your personal life?

A

I consider myself everyone’s biggest cheerleader. I truly believe anyone (self included) and do anything they put their minds to, and I love helping people figure out how they can bring their goals to life.

Q

What gets you most excited about your job?

A

Helping people tell their stories. I love hearing how brands and organizations started, listening to the words they use to describe themselves, identifying pieces that are unique to them, then putting it all together to create a story that they can fully own. it’s a fun process, and I love surprising people with new ways of describing themselves.

Q

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

A

Give when you can, as much as you can.

Q

What’s your superpower?

A

Puns. Just kidding! (Kind of.) I would say it’s strategy and problem-solving. Put a challenge in front of me, and I’ll always find a way to overcome it.
