Q

What’s your favorite thing about Up&Up?

A

Our team! Some of the most authentic and intelligent people I’ve ever met.

Q

What Up&Up value do you resonate with most (win for all, purposefully excellent, radically responsible, or make it happen)?

A

Purposefully Excellent – being intentional and going above and beyond is a huge value of mine.

Q

How do you bring Up&Up’s vision to uplift into your role as well as your personal life?

A

I believe that one of the best ways you can uplift others is just by being in their corner when they need you. Dependability and being a kind person can go so far.

Q

What gets you most excited about your job?

A

I love being able to work with our clients to help them better understand themselves and truly own who they are. Every client is unique and has their own competitive advantage, and I love being able to bring that out in their digital media strategy!

Q

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

A

Be kind. Always. This is one of my favorite pieces of advice because of truly how powerful kindness can be. Being kind is often a ripple effect that impacts more people than you realize, but the same is true for negativity.

Q

What brings you the most joy?

A

I have a passion for learning and engaging in new things. Whether that is professionally or in my personal life, being in a constant state of growth promotes self-improvement and new experiences. One of my favorite ways of doing this is through learning about other people and their culture through travel.
