MEET THE TEAM

Project Manager

Sara Minerva

Native New Yorker, who hated the “No’Easter” snows.

Graduated from Pratt Art Institute with a degree in Design thinking I would become an artist in the Soho/Greenwich NYC scene. As life would have it, I realized I was better suited for business & marketing. Later in life, switched gears and pursued a certification in Full Stack Development.

Migrated down South to Charlotte, NC then further south to sunny South Carolina. I live with my husband in a two story townhouse surrounded by my vintage, and found antiques. Weekends I can be found hiking, kayaking, and poking around farmers markets. In the rainy season I indulge in strong coffee, a book and a fireplace.

Q

What’s your favorite thing about GMB?

A

The team of people who are passionately committed to cultivating a culture of trust and collaboration. It can’t get any better than that.

Q

How do you bring GMB’s vision to uplift into your role as well as your personal life?

A

By being a role model for positivity, kindness and compassion. Your actions speak louder than words, so strive to embody the qualitiesyou wish to see in others.

Q

What gets you most excited about your job?

A

What truly ignites my enthusiasm is the opportunity to empower my team to reach their fullest potential while doing what is best for the client.

Q

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

A

The best advice came from my Abulea, who would say “Palanté”, which means “Keep Going”. She lived to 100, so she knew a few things about endurance.

Q

What’s your superpower?

A

Listening and empathy for others, fostering the workplace into an inclusive, and supportive environment where every voice is heard.
