Up&Up welcomes Charleston Southern University to the client family!
Charleston Southern University came to Up&Up with the goal of earning national brand recognition. This can be challenging without a content strategy and the tools and training in place for implementation. Thus, the university has tasked Up&Up with developing a content strategy, garnered by strategic public relations, digital, social and other communication channels, to serve as the foundation to grow brand awareness for CSU outside of the southeastern region.
“We decided to use Up&Up based on their knowledge and experience,” said Richard Esposito, director of integrated marketing for CSU. “Then, we discovered their customer service and organized approach was the best we have worked with. Everyone here has been impressed.”
Charleston Southern University is a Christian liberal arts university located in Charleston, South Carolina, consistently ranked as a top city internationally by online and print publications. Most recently, the city was named No. 1 in the nation and No. 2 in the world by Travel + Leisure. As a Christian university, CSU’s vision is to be nationally recognized for integrating faith in learning, leading and serving.

The university offers degrees at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as a recently added doctoral program. Faculty are more than educators at CSU; they serve as mentors, thanks to small class settings allowing students to get to know their professors. Outside the classroom, CSU fields 16 teams at the NCAA Division I level. Graduates of CSU go on to pursue a broad variety of careers in the arts and sciences, as well as business, education and nursing.
